Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the website. For example, administrative communications which are part of the support infrastructure needed for research and instruction are acceptable. However, blocking banning or refusing including but not limited to placing Mr. Joseph Hightower in false light with the use of oral statements, publicized libel including but not limited to slander, doxing or web filtering and or content filtering software without valid justifiable reason other than to cause a hostile busines environment is a cause of action as mentioned in 15usc§14 and other laws according to territorial jurisprudence.

(v) Use for scholarly and scientific research or instruction at institutions of research or instruction is acceptable where acknowledgement or emphasis is given in a non deframatory manner as mentioned in clause 3 and 4 of this acceptable use policy. This clause is subject to change without notice!!!

(vi) Use for a project which is part of or supports scholarly and scientific research or instruction activity for the benefit of an institution of research or instruction is acceptable, even if any or all parties to the use are located or employed elsewhere. However, acknowledgement must be given as to the author in all aspects of the literary work or intelligent design including but not limited to refusal to deal and customized computer code to which the work(s) were derived. This does not limit Mr. Joseph Hightower for seeking injunctive relief or entitlement thereof for creative works made or compiled exclusively by Mr. Joseph Hightower for commercial gain or financial profit without just compensation or service level agreement.

(vii) Use for scholarly and scientific research or instruction at for-profit institutions and corporations adversarial to surgiocomputing.net, joseph hightower, joseph hightower simmons or other creation bearing the acknowledgement or support of "joseph hightower" "hightower" "surgio computing" including any deviation of such names in quotations in anti-sematic demonstrations for malicious, genocide or anti-social purposes is not consistent with the purpose of doing business and or acquiring negotiations with Mr. Joseph Hightower, and will likely be reviewed by a civil court of law where applicable.
